An executive order issued in March aims to eliminate all government transactions initiated on paper by Sept. 30, 2025. This includes paying quarterly estimated taxes and requesting refunds on overpaid taxes on Forms 941, 940 and 1040. And then there are Social Security benefits. What could go wrong?
